Nabhi care — applying and gently massaging oil around the navel before sleep — is a traditional Indian self-care ritual that has been practised in Indian households for generations. AARYAVEDA Nabhi Oil was created to make that ritual simple and mess-free: a lightweight, non-sticky oil in a premium glass bottle with an easy dropper, so 2–3 drops is all it takes.
