Refund policy
Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At AARYAVEDA, customer satisfaction matters to us. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Write to us at support@aaryavedaa.in or call +91 77448 56539 with your order number.
- Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. In that case you may refuse delivery or follow the return process below.
- For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if the product is:
- Damaged or leaking in transit
- Defective
- Different from what you ordered
- Unopened and unused, with all seals, labels and original packaging intact
To raise a request, email support@aaryavedaa.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video of the product and the outer packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened or used (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling or improper storage
- Products returned without original packaging, seals or labels
- Requests raised after the 7-day window
4. Refunds
- Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome by email.
- If approved, prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed to a bank account or UPI ID shared by you, within 5–7 business days of approval.
- Where you prefer, we can send a free replacement instead of a refund.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error — a damaged, defective or wrong item.
5. Failed / Undelivered Orders
If a prepaid order is returned to us undelivered (incorrect address, unavailability after 3 delivery attempts, or refusal to accept), the product value is refunded within 5–7 business days of the parcel reaching our warehouse. Shipping charges for such orders are non-refundable.
