Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of confirmation. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on Sundays and public holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.
2. Delivery Timelines
We deliver across India through reputed courier partners.
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days from dispatch
- Other locations: 3–7 business days from dispatch
Timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather, public holidays or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on selected products and offers.
- Where a shipping fee applies, it is displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
- All prices on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on most orders across India. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. Our courier partner may attempt delivery up to 3 times, after which the order is returned to us.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking link is sent to your registered mobile number and email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-availability are handled under our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours.
